Warehouse Team Leader

AMJ Recruitment are looking for Warehouse Team Leader to join our valued Distribution Client, based in Coventry, CV2.

This is a Brand New Warehouse, with great opportunities available!! – ideally you will have a forklift license also.

Due to the location, your own transport is ideally required – and flexibility across the Days and Evening shifts are a MUST.

Salary – £13.50 per hour, weekly pay

Hours – 06:00am – 14:30pm or 08:30am – 17:00pm (Monday – Friday) ; shift flexibility is essential

Term – Ongoing

Start Date – ASAP

Reporting into – Warehouse Manager

Duties:

– Supervising an evergrowing team of Warehouse Operatives
– Performance management of staff
– Supporting overseeing Goods In, Goods Out and Pick teams
– Hands on Team Leader ; you will be doing Warehouse duties too!
– Supporting with Inventory Control and Stock Takes
– Loading/Unloading Containers
– Using Pump Trucks
– Using PPT’s
– Order Picking
– Wrapping Pallets
